A night out for ice cream
This past weekend we went to the cottage. The weather was beautiful and we spent most of the time outside at the lake. The highlight for Luke was Saturday night when we went in Grandpa's BIG brown boat to go to the Marina for ice cream. Normally we take the little aluminum boat but Grandpa said he would take us in the brown boat this time and Luke was on cloud nine. He was running to the dock to climb aboard with Grandpa, Daddy, Alli and Mommy.
Here are some pictures from our trip to the Marina for ice cream from the perspective of a 3 year old boy.
Grandpa Gailitis coming to take us to the Marina........he is looking a little serrious here, I wondering what he is thinking about?

Luke waiting for his ice cream cone. The Marina didn't have chocolate ice cream so he got Golden Ribbon....it sure looked like chocolate ice cream though.

Luke's first lick of his ice cream. Oh yeah dig in Luke!
