I know what you are going to all say....

she did it again and forgot to BLOG. Well that is true however, we were having some computer problems/phone line problems for the month of August and we finally got them fixed...... so I am back!

Since I blogged last we have gone on vacation, Luke and Allison took some more swimming lessons and Bruce bought a boat and we went away for a weekend with our life group (small group) from church.
So here is the deal I am going to put up a few pictures from these events so you can see that we have been alive for the past month and a half. Sorry for the delay but Bell Canada caused us a few problems.

One day we went on an adventure with the kids....so we packed a lunch and searched (via boat)for a spot where we could have a picnic lunch together and hang out in the water. We found a super spot that people have used for camping in the past and there was tables to eat at and great beach for the kids to play in. It was super.

We took the kids to Santa's Village one day on our vacation in Bracebridge. This is Luke and Allison on the ferris wheel.

This is just as we were entering Santa's village. They gave all kids that entered these lovely elf hats. Allison still wears her's around the house.

This was Luke's all time favorite ride at Santa's village. It was called Jumping Stars. It was like a drop zone for kids. He went on this ride at least 10 times during the course of the day.

Luke also loved the roller coaster. Here is Luke and Daddy in the front seat of the roller coaster. Luke laughed the entire ride. Now Allison did get on all the rides as well except Jumping Stars and the roller coaster. We did not forget about her. There was just too many pictures from that day to put on our BLOG.

Another day of our vacation was going to visit my Uncle Art and Aunt Joy at their cottage. They were kind enough to take us all for a boat ride and buy us ice cream. Here is Bruce and Luke on the boat ride in Uncle Art's boat on Lake Joseph in the Muskokas.

Uncle Art was kind enough to take Bruce for a water ski....Bruce was in Heaven!

Luke in his last swimming class of the summer. He did not pass this class but he now jumps off the diving board and can swim a bit on his own. He did a super job. Allison took lessons as well with me in the pool. She can also jump off the side of the pool now. There was great improvements in both our kids this summer with their swimming lessons.

Bruce's new boat. Well new to us that is. Bruce found this boat on the internet and picked it up a few weekends ago. It needs a bit of work, but he did a really good job finding it.

We look forward to use it more next summer.
